When something changes

You love your child.
You want to get this right.

Whether you just discovered pornography exposure or you're facing the same conversation again, it's easy to wonder what to say, how much to ask, and whether you've already made things worse.

It can feel urgent to fix the moment. But helping your child grow takes more than one perfectly worded conversation. It takes a parent who is learning to lead with both love and conviction.

What do I say?How do I stay connected? What comes next?

What we're here to help you build

Clarity. Connection. Hope.

A grounded way to move from uncertainty toward thoughtful, consistent parenting.

01

Clarity

Understand what's happening, sort through the noise, and see your next steps with greater perspective.

02

Connection

Keep the relationship open while holding to the values and standards that matter to your family.

03

Hope

Trade helplessness for meaningful progress—one conversation, one choice, and one day at a time.

A thoughtful approach

Not a one-time talk.
A way to walk with them.

Our RISE framework begins with the parent. Because what you understand, practice, and model can shape every conversation that follows.

Parent-to-parent guidance

Meet Rebecca and Logan.

We're parents, too. We know how much you want to protect your children—and how hard it can be to know what to do when something important feels out of your control.

We're the founders of See & Stand, and we believe these moments deserve more than fear, panic, or a rushed response. They deserve thoughtful understanding, meaningful connection, and a clear plan.

With educational backgrounds in psychology and marriage and family studies, we bring a parent-to-parent perspective to helping families navigate sensitive conversations with confidence and care.

When you want personal guidance

You don't have to figure out every next step alone.

Free education can help you understand the principles. Private coaching is a chance to work through how to apply them in the unique circumstances of your family.

Our focus is on supporting parents as they become more grounded, more prepared, and more intentional in the way they lead.

Questions you may have

A little more clarity.

Getting support should feel thoughtful and straightforward.

Is See & Stand therapy?

No. See & Stand provides parent education and coaching, not licensed mental health treatment or diagnosis. For clinical or safety concerns, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

Do you meet with children?

Our initial coaching work is with parents, helping them build understanding and skills they can use in their own family relationships.

What if this isn't the first time we've faced this?

Repeated conversations can be discouraging. Our approach looks beyond a single incident toward how parents can build consistent connection, standards, and long-term skills.

Is this only for Latter-day Saint families?

Our initial education and coaching are designed with Latter-day Saint parents in mind. The underlying parenting principles may be helpful more broadly.

What happens when I book a call?

The goal is to learn about your situation, hear your questions, and explore whether working together would be a good fit. Final call details will be confirmed when booking opens.

The next step

A clearer way forward can start with one conversation.

If you're looking for thoughtful, personal guidance, we'd welcome the chance to learn what your family is facing.
